Desiccated coconut is a good source of fiber and can be added to baking or as a topping. It is a Non-GMO, Gluten-free, and vegan product. Metshu’s desiccated coconut is organically certified and produced under strict supervision to maintain quality. Because of the fresh taste and texture, we can add some dried coconut to yogurt, cake, doughnuts, and ice cream.
They are produced in a modern facility that only handles coconuts. Coconuts are grown in the fertile valleys of Sri Lanka.
